Martin Niklas writes: I've seen both Seferif GL22CU diesel locomotives # 1 and 2 stored inside Seferif S.A.'s former workshops during a trip to Morocco in October 2002. Both GM's are still painted yellow and black. All mine buildings are in ruins now and workmen are using scrapper's torches to clean up the former mining site.
The Minas del Rif railway line is abandoned since a few years now and all rails except a few hundred meters were torn up and no freight cars could be seen anywhere. A spare model 645 diesel engine is also stored inside the shops.
