KNR 3203 Alco RS-8m EMD 1000hp Bo-Bo at Cheong Ju, S. Korea, November 8 1994 by Sheldon Perry. This started life as an Alco DL532B (RS-8) and was re-engined along with most of it's class with an EMD 8-645E engine.
