AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA ( ALL ) is the new name of the former " FERROVIA SUL ATLANTICO " ( FSA ), That took over the old lines of RFFSA ‚ SUPERITENDENCIA REGIONAL 5- CURITIBA or SR-5 CURITIBA and SR-6 PORTO ALEGRE .
With the split of some lines of FERROBAN ( FEPASA ) in October / November 1999 between, EFVM and " ALL" , they received about 27 locos from FERROBAN and from FCA (FERROVIA CENTRO ATLANTICO) 20 U20C from Namibia ( built in South Africa).
